قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {لا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِي أَيْمَانِكُمْ وَلَكِنْ يُؤَاخِذُكُمْ بِمَا عَقَّدْتُمُ الأَيْمَانَ} .His (Allah's) saying: {Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is meaningless in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for [breaking] what you intended of oaths}
Hadith 778
اُردوEn
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ مِثْلَهُ .
Abu Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) also said: A vain oath is when a person swears an oath about something, and later finds out that the matter was not correct.
