قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {سَمَّاعُونَ لِلْكَذِبِ أَكَّالُونَ لِلسُّحْتِ} .His (Allah's) saying: {Listeners to falsehood, devourers of what is unlawful}
Hadith 744

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ: كَانَ يَكْرَهُ الشَّرْطَ، وَلَا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يَقْسِمَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ فَيُعْطِيهِ الشَّيْءَ مِنْ غَيْرِ شَرْطٍ .
Muhammad bin Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) disliked giving wealth to someone with a condition, but if a person distributes and gives something to someone without a condition, he did not consider there to be any harm in it.
