قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {أَمْ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌ مِنَ الْمُلْكِ فَإِذًا لا يُؤْتُونَ النَّاسَ نَقِيرًا} .His (Allah's) saying: {Or have they a share of dominion? Then [if that were so] they would not give the people [even as much as] the speck on a date seed}
Hadith 650

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: النَّقِيرُ: النَّقْرَةُ الَّتِي تَكُونُ فِي شِقِّ النَّوَاةِ، وَالْقِطْمِيرُ: الْقِشْرُ الَّذِي يَكُونُ عَلَى النَّوَاةِ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Al-Naqir is the small hole that is at the edge of a date stone, and Al-Qitmir is the thin membrane that is over the date stone.
