قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَآتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ} .His (Allah's) saying: {And those whom your right hands have bound [in oath], give them their share}
Hadith 625

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ: كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يُعَاقِدُ الرَّجُلَ، فَيَرِثُ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ، وَكَانَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَاقَدَ رَجُلًا، فَوَرِثَهُ .
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "In the time of ignorance, one person would make a pact with another person, and then both would become heirs to each other." In the same way, our master Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) also made a pact with a person, so when that person passed away, our master Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) became his heir.
