قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَإِنْ كَانَ رَجُلٌ يُورَثُ كَلالَةً أَوِ امْرَأَةٌ وَلَهُ أَخٌ أَوْ أُخْتٌ فَلِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا السُّدُسُ فَإِنْ كَانُوا أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَهُمْ شُرَكَاءُ فِي الثُّلُثِ}His (Allah's) saying: {And if a man or woman is inherited in kalalah and has a brother or a sister, then each one of them receives a sixth; but if they are more than two, they share a third}
Hadith 589

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْوَلِ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ: كُنْتُ آخِرَ النَّاسِ عَهْدًا بِعُمَرَ، فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: الْقَوْلُ مَا قُلْتَ، فَقُلْتُ: وَمَا قُلْتُ ؟ قَالَ: الْكَلَالَةُ مَنْ لَا وَلَدَ لَهُ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: I was the last person who met Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), so I heard him saying: "The matter is as you have said." I asked: "What did I say?" He replied: "Kalalah is the one who has no children."
