قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَارْزُقُوهُمْ مِنْهُ وَقُولُوا لَهُمْ قَوْلا مَعْرُوفًا}His (Allah's) saying: {And when the division is attended by relatives, orphans, and the needy, give them something out of it and speak to them words of kindness}
Hadith 578

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: نَا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمَرَ قَالَ: ثَلَاثُ آيَاتٍ مَدَنِيَّاتٍ مُحْكَمَاتٍ ضَيَّعَهُنَّ كَثِيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ: قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: { وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَارْزُقُوهُمْ مِنْهُ وَقُولُوا لَهُمْ قَوْلا مَعْرُوفًا } وَآيَةُ الِاسْتِئْذَانِ: { وَالَّذِينَ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا الْحُلُمَ مِنْكُمْ } وَقَوْلُهُ: { إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ } .
Yahya bin Ya'mar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Three Madinan verses are decisive, but many people have neglected them: “And when the relatives and the orphans and the needy are present at the time of division, give them something out of it and speak to them words of kindness” (__QUR_N__), the verse of seeking permission “And those among you who have not reached puberty” (__QUR_N__), and “Indeed, We created you from a male and a female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you” (__QUR_N__).
