] قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَيْتِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلا وَمَنْ كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ اللهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنِ الْعَالَمِينَ}His saying, Exalted is He: {And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House—for whoever is able to find thereto a way. But whoever disbelieves—then indeed, Allah is free from need of the worlds.}
Hadith 517

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: مَنْ لَمْ يَرَهُ وَاجِبًا .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Whoever does not consider it obligatory is a disbeliever.
