Hadith 4028

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، قَالَ: وَقَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَلْحَةُ بِيَدِهِ فَأُصِيبَتْ إِصْبَعُهُ فَقَالَ حَسِّ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَوْ قَالَ: بِسْمِ اللَّهِ لَدَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَالنَّاسُ يَنْظُرُونَ "
Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) protected the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) with his hand, due to which his finger was injured. Talha, out of pain, said "Huss." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If he had said 'Bismillah,' people would have seen him entering Paradise."
