حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي عَبْلَةَ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، قَالَ: «السَّلَبُ مَغْنَمٌ، وَفِيهِ الْخُمُسُ»
Imam Mak'hool (may Allah have mercy on him) says: The spoils (the belongings of a slain enemy) are part of the war booty, and one-fifth (khums) is obligatory in it.
