حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: أنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، بَارَزَ رَجُلًا يَوْمَ الْيَمَامَةِ فَقَتَلَهُ فَسُلِّمَ لَهُ سَلَبُهُ "
Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that: On the day of Yamamah, Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) confronted a man and killed him, so his spoils (weapons and clothing) were given to him.
