حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ خَنَسِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ الْعَبْدِيِّ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي سَعْدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ مَنَاةَ قَالَ: كُنْتُ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الرَّيِّ، فَقَالَ: يُغِيرُ الْعَدُوُّ فَيَسْبِي أَهْلَ الذِّمَّةِ وَيَسُوقُ الْبَقَرَ وَالْغَنَمَ، فَتَطْلُبُهُمُ الْخَيْلُ، فَتُدْرِكُهُمْ، فَيَذْبَحُونَ الْبَقَرَ وَالْغَنَمَ، وَيَنْكِحُونَ نِسَاءَ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ , فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: «الْمُسْلِمُ يَرِدُ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ، وَالْمُسْلِمُ يَرِدُ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْعَهْدِ، وَمَنْ نَكَحَ ذِمِّيًّا فَهُوَ زَانٍ»
A man asked Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the enemy attacks, takes captive the women of the dhimmis, then some Muslims marry those women, so Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: "A Muslim cannot enter upon a dhimmi, and whoever marries a dhimmi woman is a fornicator."
