Hadith 3472

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا خَلَفُ بْنُ خَلِيفَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ وَاللَّهِ مُحَارِبَ بْنَ دِثَارٍ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْوَلَدُ مِنْ كَسْبِ الْوَالِدِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Muharib bin Dithar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Children are from the earnings of the father."
