أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ «لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يُصِيبَ الرَّجُلُ مِنَ الْأَمَةِ إِذَا كَانَ يَسْتَبْرِئُهَا دُونَ الْفَرْجِ» قَالَ: وَكَانَ ابْنُ سِيرِينَ يَكْرَهُ ذَلِكَ،
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "During the period of istibra’ from a slave woman, one may benefit from her in any way except the private part." However, Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) considered this disliked.
