Hadith 3373

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، نا ابْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ: «إِذَا مَسَّ الرَّجُلُ فَرْجَ الْأَمَةِ أَوْ مَسَّ فَرْجُهُ فَرْجَهَا حُرِّمَتْ عَلَى أَبِيهِ وَابْنِهِ»
Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a person touches the private part of a slave woman or places his own private part upon her, then that slave woman becomes forbidden for his father and son."
