Hadith 3369

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا فُضَيْلٌ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: «إِذَا جَرَّدَهَا الْأَبُ حَرَّمَهَا عَلَى الِابْنِ، وَإِذَا جَرَّدَهَا الِابْنُ حَرَّمَهَا عَلَى الْأَبِ»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a father uncovers the slave woman, she becomes forbidden for the son, and if the son does so, she becomes forbidden for the father."
