Hadith 3356

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، أنا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، فِي رَجُلٍ يُصَالِحُ امْرَأَتَهُ عَلَى صُلْحٍ مِنْ يَوْمِهَا فَتَرْجِعُ قَالَ: «إِنْ رَضِيَتْ، فَلَيْسَ لَهَا أَنْ تَرْجِعَ»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If on the day of reconciliation the wife expresses her consent, then there is no right of return."
