أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، نا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، فِي الرَّجُلِ تَكُونُ لَهُ الْأَمَةُ، فَيَطَّلِعُ عَلَى أَنَّهَا تَفْجُرُ قَالَ: «لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا»
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If someone knows that his slave-girl commits adultery, even then there is no harm in having intercourse with her."
