أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، فِي رَجُلٍ يُزَوِّجُ أُمَّ وَلَدِهِ مِنْ عَبْدِهِ قَالَ: «لَا يَطَؤُهَا الْعَبْدُ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً»
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If someone marries his slave girl to his slave, then until she has her menstrual period, the slave is not permitted to have intercourse with her."
