أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ أُمِّ مُوسَى أَنَّ أُمَّ وَلَدٍ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ مَرَّتْ بِعَلِيٍّ وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ، فَمَسَحَ بَطْنَهَا، وَقَالَ: «اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ ذَكَرًا مَيْمُونًا»
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) touched the belly of the pregnant slave woman of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with him) and prayed: "O Allah, make it a righteous and blessed son."
