أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، نا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ تَفْجُرُ أَمَتُهُ، فَتَلِدُ مِنَ الْفُجُورِ، أَيَبِيعُ وَلَدَهَا فَيَأْكُلَ ثَمَنَهُ؟ فَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ: «هُوَ كَبَعْضِ مَالِهِ»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man's slave-girl gives birth to a child through fornication, then the price of that child will be included in his wealth."
