Hadith 3334

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، نا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: «إِذَا وَطِئَ الرَّجُلُ مُكَاتَبَتَهُ فَلْيَحْسِبْ لَهَا صَدَاقَ مِثْلِهَا مِنْ مُكَاتَبَتِهَا»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man has intercourse with his slave woman who is under a contract of manumission (mukatabah), then an amount equal to her dowry should be counted in the contract price."
