أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَحْتَهُ مُكَاتَبَةٌ، فَسَعَى مَعَهَا، وَأَعَانَهَا حَتَّى أَدَّتْ مُكَاتَبَتَهَا قَالَ: «لَا خِيَارَ لَهَا»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a person helps his contractually emancipated wife (mukatabah) in gaining her freedom, he will not have the option to annul the marriage."
