Hadith 3325

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْفُقَيْمِيِّ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، قَالَ: «يَضَعُ الرَّجُلُ ذَكَرَهُ مِنَ الْحَائِضِ حَيْثُ شَاءَ مَا لَمْ يُدْخِلْهُ»
Hazrat Hakam bin Utaybah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "A man may have intercourse with a menstruating woman wherever he wishes, provided that he does not have penetration."
