أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، نا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: «إِذَا أَنْكَرَ الرَّجُلُ وَلَدَهُ مِنْ أَمَتِهِ، فَلَهُ ذَلِكَ»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a person denies the child born from his slave woman, then he has the right to deny."
