Hadith 3236

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: «إِذَا أَسْقَطَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ سِقْطًا بَيِّنًا فَقَدِ انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a woman miscarries such a fetus that is clearly formed, then her waiting period (iddah) is completed."
