بَابُ الْأَمَةِ تَكُونُ بَيْنَ الرَّجُلَيْنِ يُصِيبُهَا أَحَدُهُمَاChapter on a slave woman shared between two men, one of whom has intercourse with her
Hadith 3210

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُمَيْرُ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، سُئِلَ عَنْ أَمَةٍ بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ وَطِئَهَا أَحَدُهُمَا، قَالَ: «هُوَ خَائِنٌ لَا حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ»
It was asked to Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that if a slave girl is between two men and one of them has intercourse with her, he said: "He is a betrayer, but there is no hadd (prescribed punishment)."
