أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا أَبُو حُرَّةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَفْجُرُ بِالْأَمَةِ ثُمَّ يَشْتَرِيهَا قَالَ: «كَانَ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَقْرَبَهَا»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say that if a person commits adultery with a slave woman and later buys her, he disliked establishing relations with her.
