بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي النَّصْرَانِيَّيْنِ يُسْلِمُ أَحَدُهُمَاChapter on what is reported regarding two Christians, one of whom accepts Islam
Hadith 3160

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أنا ابْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ " النَّصْرَانِيَّةُ تُسْلِمُ تَحْتَ النَّصْرَانِيِّ؟ قَالَ: «إِنْ أَسْلَمَ زَوْجُهَا وَهِيَ فِي الْعِدَّةِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا»
It is narrated from Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him), if a Christian woman becomes Muslim and her husband remains Christian, he said: "If she becomes Muslim during the waiting period ('iddah), then her husband has more right to his wife."
