حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، وَمَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: لَهَا الصَّدَاقُ كَامِلًا، وَالْمِيرَاثُ، وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) says: "The wife is entitled to the full dowry, inheritance, and waiting period (‘iddah)."
