حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «بَيْعُ الْأَمَةِ طَلَاقُهَا»
Sayyiduna Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Selling a slave woman is her divorce."
