Hadith 3023

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، قَالَ: نا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَالْحَسَنِ، وَعَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالُوا: «لَيْسَ لِلْمُظَاهِرِ وَقْتٌ إِذَا كَفَّرَ فَهِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ»
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib, Hasan, and Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on them) said: "There is no fixed time for zihar; when he gives the expiation, she is his wife."
