Hadith 3021

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جَرِيحٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ: " إِذَا ظَاهَرَ الرَّجُلُ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ ثُمَّ مَاتَ، أَوْ مَاتَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ، قَالَ: يَتَوَارَثَانِ "
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a husband has performed zihar with his wife and then he or the wife dies, inheritance will be established between both of them."
