حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) also considered it permissible to emancipate a Jewish or Christian slave in the case of zihar.
