بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الظِّهَارِChapter on what is reported regarding zihar (a form of divorce)
Hadith 3005

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: «إِنْ وَاقَعَ الْمُظَاهِرُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ فَلْيُمْسِكْ عَنْ غِشْيَانِهَا، وَلْيَسْتَغْفِرِ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَيَتُبْ إِلَيْهِ، وَيُكَفِّرْ كَفَّارَةً وَاحِدَةً»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If the one who has pronounced zihar has intercourse with his wife before offering the expiation, it is obligatory for him to stop, seek forgiveness from Allah, and offer one expiation."
