بَابُ مَنْ كَانَ لَا يَرَى طَلَاقَ الشِّرْكِ شَيْئًاChapter on those who did not consider the divorce of disbelief (shirk) as valid
Hadith 2970

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ كَانَ عَلَى غَيْرِ الْإِسْلَامِ فَتَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَابْنَتَهَا، فَدَخَلَ بِوَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُمَا، ثُمَّ أَسْلَمُوا فَقَدْ حُرِّمَتَا عَلَيْهِ»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever, in a state of disbelief, marries a woman and her daughter, and has intercourse with either of them, then embraces Islam, both become forbidden to him."
