قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَأَتِمُّوا الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ لِلهِ فَإِنْ أُحْصِرْتُمْ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ وَلا تَحْلِقُوا رُءُوسَكُمْ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيضًا أَوْ بِهِ أَذًى مِنْ رَأْسِهِ فَفِدْيَةٌ مِنْ صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍ فَإِذَا أَمِنْتُمْ فَمَنْ تَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ فِي الْحَجِّ وَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ}His saying, Exalted is He: {And complete the Hajj and Umrah for Allah. But if you are prevented, then [offer] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. And do not shave your heads until the sacrificial animal has reached its place of slaughter. And whoever among you is ill or has an ailment of the head [making shaving necessary must offer] a ransom of fasting or charity or sacrifice. And when you are secure, then whoever performs 'umrah [during the Hajj months] followed by Hajj [offers] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. But whoever cannot find [or afford such an animal]—then a fast of three days during Hajj and of seven when you have returned [home].}
Hadith 291

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا سُفْيَانُ، نَا ابْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، وَأَيُّوبُ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِهِ وَهُوَ يُوقِدُ تَحْتَ قِدْرٍ لَهُ وَالْقَمْلُ يَتَهَافَتُ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ، فَقَالَ: أَيُؤْذِيكَ هَوَامُّكَ ؟ فَقُلْتُ: نَعَمْ، فَقَالَ: احْلِقْ رَأْسَكَ وَانْسُكْ نَسِيكَةً، أَوْ صُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ، أَوْ أَطْعِمْ فَرَقًا بَيْنَ سِتَّةِ مَسَاكِينَ . ¤ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ: اذْبَحْ شَاةً، وَقَالَ أَيُّوبُ: انْسُكْ نَسِيكَةً .
Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by him when he was lighting a fire under his pot and lice were falling on his face. The Prophet said: "Are the insects troubling you?" I said: "Yes." He said: "Shave your head and offer a sacrifice (fidya), or fast for three days, or feed six needy people." Sa'id (may Allah have mercy on him) said: And Sufyan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Ibn Abi Najih (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Slaughter a goat." And Ayyub (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Offer a sacrifice (fidya)."
