حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِنَا، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ: «إِذَا صَلَّى، وَصَامَ شَهْرَ رَمَضَانَ، وَعَقَلَ، جَازَ طَلَاقُهُ»
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When a child starts performing prayers, keeps fasts in Ramadan, and becomes sensible, then his divorce becomes valid."
