Hadith 2881

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ تَطْلِيقَةً وَنِصْفًا، قَالَ: «هُمَا تَطْلِيقَتَانِ»
Hazrat Amir Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a person says to his wife, 'I give you one and a half divorces,' then this will be counted as two divorces."
