حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا أَبُو حُرَّةَ، وَأَشْعَثُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي " الْخَلِيَّةِ: وَاحِدَةٌ، وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا "
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Khul‘ is one divorce, and the husband has more right to take her back."
