Hadith 2858

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مَنْصُورٌ، قَالَ: أَمَّا حِفْظِي عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْخَلِيَّةِ: ثَلَاثٌ. وَزَعَمَ حَفْصُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ قَالَ: «هِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ، وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Khul‘ is three divorces." And according to Hafs bin Sulaiman, Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "It is one divorce and the husband has more right to take her back."
