Hadith 2848

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: «الْبَتَّةُ وَاحِدَةٌ، وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا»
Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "It is indeed one divorce, and the husband has more right to take her back."
