Hadith 2815

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، فِي رَجُلٍ جَعَلَ أَمْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِيَدِ رَجُلَيْنِ فَطَلَّقَ أَحَدُهُمَا قَالَ: «لَا، حَتَّى يَجْتَمِعَا جَمِيعًا» .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When a man entrusts the matter of his wife to two men, and one of them pronounces divorce, it will not take effect until both of them decide together."
