Hadith 2812

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: «إِذَا جَعَلَ الرَّجُلُ أَمْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِيَدِ غَيْرِهَا فَطَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا، فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ، وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When a man entrusts the matter of his wife to someone else and he gives her three divorces, then this will count as one divorce and the husband will have more right to take her back."
