Hadith 2795

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، فِي رَجُلٍ جَعَلَ أَمْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِيَدِهَا، فَرَدَّتْ إِلَيْهِ الْأَمْرَ قَالَ: «لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ، الْقَضَاءُ مَا قَضَتْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'id bin al-Musayyib (may Allah be pleased with him) that if a man delegated the matter to his wife and the wife returned the matter to the man, he said: "This is nothing; the decision is what the woman made."
