بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ يَقْذِفُهَا فِي عِدَّتِهَاChapter: A man divorces his wife, then accuses her during her waiting period
Hadith 2772

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْذِفُ امْرَأَتَهُ، وَيَشْهَدُ أَنَّهَا أُخْتَهُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ قَالَ: «يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَهَا الصَّدَاقُ، فَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا مُلَاعَنَةٌ»
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a man accuses his wife of adultery and testifies that she is his foster sister, then separation will take place between them and the woman will receive her dowry; there will be no li'an (mutual cursing).
