Hadith 2771

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْذِفُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ فِي الْعِدَّةِ قَالَ: «يُلَاعِنُهَا مَا كَانَتْ لَهُ عَلَيْهَا رَجْعَةٌ»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a man accuses his wife of adultery during her waiting period (‘iddah), then as long as he has the right to take her back, he will perform li‘an (mutual cursing).
