بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ يَقْذِفُهَا فِي عِدَّتِهَاChapter: A man divorces his wife, then accuses her during her waiting period
Hadith 2766

حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، فِي رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، فَجَاءَتْ بِوَلَدٍ فَانْتَقَى مِنْهُ قَالَ: «يُلَاعِنُهَا وَلَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ»
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a man divorces his wife before consummation and she brings a child, then he should perform li'an with her and half the dowry will be obligatory.
