حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ: «الْمَلَاعِنُ إِذَا كَذَّبَ نَفْسَهُ فِي مَكَانَهُ جُلِدَ، وَرُدَّتْ إِلَيْهِ امْرَأَتُهُ»
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If the one who performs li'an admits to lying at the same place, the hadd will be enforced and the wife will return to his marriage.
