حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فِي أَرْبَعَةٍ شَهِدُوا عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ بِالزِّنَا، أَحَدُهُمْ زَوْجُهَا قَالَ: «يُلَاعِنُ الزَّوْجُ وَيُجْلَدُ الثَّلَاثَةَ» قَالَ أَبُو الزِّنَادِ، وَهَذَا رَأْيُ أَهْلِ بَلَدِنَا، وَهُوَ الْقَوْلُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that if four men testify, among whom one is the husband, then the husband will perform li'an and the hadd will be imposed on the other three, and this is also the opinion of the people of Madinah.
