Hadith 2758

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: " فِي أَرْبَعَةٍ شَهِدُوا عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ بِالزِّنَا، أَحَدُهُمْ زَوْجُهَا، قَالَ: يُقَامُ عَلَيْهَا الْحَدُّ "
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If four men testify against a woman for adultery and one of them is her husband, the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out on the woman.
